Prime Minister Edi Rama has addressed professionals, young people, experts and creators seeking to contribute to public communication, announcing the launch of an open call for the “MIA Network.”

According to Rama, the initiative is part of the changes planned under the “Fourth-Term Turning Point,” which will create new opportunities for people wishing to serve in the public sector.
The open call by the Media and Information Agency offers interested applicants two options: employment within the communications departments of central institutions or collaboration through ideas, projects and concrete solutions.
Through the “Work With Us” option, candidates can join the communications departments of central institutions.
Meanwhile, the “Collaborate With Us” category is aimed at those with an idea, project or concrete solution for improving the way institutions communicate with citizens.
The MIA Network is seeking ideas and skills in fields such as communications, media, social media, technology, artificial intelligence, video, design, data and new communication formats.

Applications can be sent to [email protected] and should also include a video of up to 60 seconds in which candidates present their ideas.
The application deadline is September 10, 2026, at 23:00.
The initiative seeks to learn not only what applicants have achieved to date, but also what they believe could be done better tomorrow.
