After a brief search, the body of the 32-year-old resident of Libonik (Maliq Municipality) was recovered from the waters of Lake Pogradec, where he had died just minutes earlier.

The body was then transported to the morgue at Pogradec Hospital, while procedures are continuing to clarify the circumstances of the incident.
It is reported that the young man was together with two other people on a pedal boat. During the moments of recreation, they were pushing one another, and the victim accidentally fell into the water. According to sources, the panic of the moment and the fact that he was not a strong swimmer caused the 32-year-old to drown, while his friends were unable to provide him with assistance.
