Berisha from SPAK: 130 million euros have vanished from the Tirana incinerator and not a single high-ranking official has been arrested

Democratic Party leader Sali Berisha alleged from the premises of SPAK that 130 million euros have disappeared from the Tirana incinerator case, while, according to him, no high-ranking official has been put behind bars.

He made these statements while at the Special Prosecution Office, where he had appeared in compliance with the measure.

Question: Did you happen to see any summons or any other request for Parliament regarding Belinda Balluku?

Sali Berisha: Belinda was the one issuing summonses. They were signing the summonses there with Belinda. So I found this institution completely taken over. Just imagine, a case for Guinness. The Tirana incinerator, 130 million euros disappeared, money belonging to the citizens of Albania, the taxpayers. And the only ones accused are Taulant Tusha and Namik Simixhiu. And two ordinary employees, that is all. Even though Edi Rama signed with his own black hand the granting of the eight-point bonus to the company that was created eight months later after it received the bonus. He declared the company the winner, a company that was founded two days after it was declared the winner. Meanwhile Erion, Lali the Thief, who had the legal duty to inspect the works together with Lubi Balluku, are waging war against each other; Lubia saw off Lali the Thief and now herself signs the arrest warrants from the party’s SPAK. So, there is no uglier act than for 130 million euros to have no high-ranking official in handcuffs, whether a minister, a deputy prime minister or a mayor. This is amnesty for crime. Besides this, as you can see, is there more flagrant evidence of this institution’s party affiliation, an institution that keeps names secret. Or people like Engjëll Agaçi, Ergys Agasi and others, who are said to be in the Aruba file, and the names of traffickers come out, the names of businessmen sent to Aruba on the government’s instructions come out, but not the names of government officials because that would be the absolute proof of the Albanian narco-state. Is there anything more shameful, anything more irresponsible than this?

Berisha said Albanians should demand answers as to why the names of government officials who, according to him, went to drug traffickers are not being made public. According to him, those who hide their identities are worse than the people mentioned themselves, while among the main names he mentioned was Altin Dumani, declaring that he has the file.
