Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski announced that construction work on the Ohrid-Kicevo highway is accelerating in Macedonia.
He stressed that the project has already entered its final phase and that the progress of the works is moving forward at a very good pace.

In a Facebook post, Mickoski said that, in his view, inherited problems are being resolved one by one, while the biggest of them has been landslides and slopes.
He also announced that the first gallery, out of a total of 14, has been fully completed and has already been asphalted, describing it as a genuine engineering work that required advanced construction solutions, especially because of the difficult mountainous terrain along which the highway route extends.
The prime minister added that work is also progressing at high intensity on the tunnels, where construction activities are likewise in their final phase.
