Late last night, a tragic accident occurred on the Përrenjas-Librazhd road, in the village of Hotolisht, where a 42-year-old man lost his life after the vehicle he was traveling in was struck by a rock that had broken off the hillside.
According to preliminary information, the incident happened at around 22:30, and it is suspected that a large rock broke away from the hillside above the road and fell onto a “Benz” vehicle driven by citizen Arjan Hoxha, 42, a resident of the village of Gjergjan in Elbasan.

As a result of the powerful impact, the 42-year-old died at the scene.
