The final results of the early elections for the Assembly of Kosovo will not yet be announced by the Central Election Commission (CEC), as the process remains contingent on the completion of the review of complaints by the responsible institutions.
The spokesperson for the Central Election Commission, Valmir Elezi, said that the announcement of the final results is directly linked to the decisions that will be made on complaints related to the electoral process.

He explained that the CEC will take action only after all appeals procedures have been completed and any obligations that may arise from the decisions of the relevant institutions have been clarified.
Meanwhile, two complaints have been submitted to the Electoral Complaints and Appeals Panel by the Democratic Party of Kosovo, both related to the recount process.
Based on the legal deadlines, the Panel has three days to review and decide on these complaints, while the 48-hour deadline for submitting them has already expired.
The entire electoral process is expected to be concluded only after all legal procedures have been completed, including decisions on complaints that may have an impact on the final results.
