SEC: In Bërvenica, 4,518 citizens voted by 1 p.m.

Turnout in the second round of local elections in the Municipality of Bërvenica continued to rise throughout the day.

Data released by the SEC show that 4,518 people had voted by 1 p.m., or 27.81% of the citizens registered on the electoral roll.
