The court has upheld the “pretrial detention” measure for Ertis Shehu, Pirro Çela and Bardh Kapaj, while ordering that Kastriot Hasko be placed under house arrest.

Ertis Shehu and Bardh Kapaj, both of whom have served as director of the Fier Cadastre, are among those who will remain in prison.
Lawyer and businessman Kastriot Hasko is also named in the case. In its ruling, the court decided whether to uphold or replace the security measures imposed on the individuals under investigation.
The measures were imposed as part of the investigation into the relevant proceedings. All those involved are presumed innocent until a final ruling is issued.
