The public enterprise “Trepça” has retaken management of a property in North Mitrovica that had until now been used by a café.

The return of this property is part of efforts to administer and control Trepça’s assets in Kosovo’s northern municipalities.
Steps to return the properties to the enterprise’s possession and management began earlier as well. According to data made public previously, dozens of plots have been returned in North Mitrovica during this process.
Trepça has stated that these actions are aimed at safeguarding and administering its assets.
