A road accident occurred at the entrance to the village of Stan-Karbunarë, along the old Lushnje–Berat national road. According to preliminary information, the 28-year-old woman driving the vehicle lost control and collided with the side barriers of a bridge.

After the impact, the car rolled over several times and came to rest overturned on one side of the road, in the middle of the roadway.
The driver sustained injuries and was rushed to Lushnje Hospital, where she is receiving medical care.
Road Police services went to the scene to collect evidence, determine the causes of the accident and regulate traffic in the area.
