Sentenced to 15 years in prison, 42-year-old extradited from Italy to Albania! Here is what he is accused of

A 42-year-old man from Tirana has been extradited from Italy to Albania. He is Sefer Selimaj, who was sentenced by the Albanian justice system to 15 years in prison.

According to the State Police, Selimaj had been declared internationally wanted after the First Instance Court for Serious Crimes sentenced him in 2017 to 15 years in prison for the criminal offense of “Trafficking in adults,” committed in cooperation with others.

Following the extradition procedures, the 42-year-old was handed over to the Albanian authorities to continue serving his sentence.
