Holding placards, the protesters called on SPAK not to allow the case files—which they say have yet to receive a definitive response from the justice authorities—to be forgotten.

Among the cases mentioned were the Port of Durrës file, the McGonigal case, the Zvërnec project, the patronage system, and the incinerators.

According to the young people, the justice institutions must investigate cases they describe as misgovernance and corruption. They also demanded that officials who, according to their allegations, were involved in these cases be held criminally accountable.

This is not the first rally the same group has organized outside SPAK. On several other occasions, the young people have gathered near the institution, demanding investigations into senior government officials, as well as the arrest of Prime Minister Edi Rama and former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku.

Through these repeated protests, participants aim to keep the widely discussed case files in the public eye, while seeking answers from the justice institutions regarding the investigations and any accountability that may result from them.

The young people said they would continue to demand transparency and justice for all the cases they believe remain unresolved.
