North Macedonian Prime Minister Hristijan Mickoski, commenting on industrial production trends, said that growth of around 3.4% during the second quarter shows that the situation has finally stabilized after 25-26 months under this government. According to him, this trend should continue in the coming period.

“Under the current circumstances, industrial production is an exceptionally important indicator. Particularly significant is the growth recorded in the second quarter, which exceeds 3% and, if I am not mistaken, stands at around 3.4%. Even more encouraging, however, is the fact that the manufacturing industry is expanding.
This means that growth is not being driven by services or any other sector, but is coming from the manufacturing industry. These figures are the first signs that, after 24, 25-26 months under this government, positive developments are finally emerging, or more precisely, the situation has stabilized. We must now continue to develop and expand it.
For this reason, I expect this trend to continue in the coming period as well,” Mickoski said.
