The protest is being held at the entrance to the government building, where the deputies are calling on acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti to appear before the Assembly and enable the continuation of the constitution process.
For several days, the PDK has maintained a presence in front of the Government building, expressing its opposition to the continuation of Kurti’s mandate and insisting on the restoration of the institutions’ functionality.
Today’s engagement comes at a time when the PDK has addressed Assembly presiding officer Avni Dehari with a request to reconvene the Assembly’s constitutive session, proposing that it be held today, at 11:00.
