During the rally, calls were made for more Divjaka residents to join the protest. Protesters stressed that public participation is essential to keeping the cause alive.
The protest ended with a march through the city streets, as residents continued to call on the authorities not to implement the plan to merge Divjaka Municipality with Lushnjë Municipality.
