A Russian missile attack on Kharkiv has left at least 10 people dead and 8 injured, regional governor Oleg Synegubov said.

Those injured are being treated by medical teams, while authorities continue emergency operations at the site of the strike.
The strike also caused extensive damage to property and vehicles. At least 10 private homes, a café, a post office, a store and at least seven vehicles were among the structures and property affected.
Kharkiv, one of Ukraine’s most important cities and located near the Russian border, has repeatedly come under attack by Russian forces since the start of the full-scale invasion. According to the latest statements from Ukrainian authorities, strikes against the city and the region have continued unabated.
