Tirana Police have arrested a 25-year-old man suspected of violently stealing a minor’s wallet on “Hoxha Tasim” Street. The 17-year-old sustained bodily injuries during the incident.
The incident was reported on 20 October 2026, when the minor stated that an unknown person had threatened him with a sharp object, a knife, and forcibly taken his wallet.

Following swift investigative actions, officers from Police Station No. 1 identified and detained citizen F. M., 25, on the evening of 22 October 2026. He is accused of the criminal offense of “Theft with violence.”
As part of the proceedings, police officers searched the 25-year-old’s home.
During the search, the young man’s father and sister opposed the police officers, seeking to obstruct them in the performance of their duties.
For this reason, citizens F. M. and M. M. were prosecuted while at liberty for the criminal offenses of “Obstructing the discovery of the truth” and “Opposing a public order police officer.”
