According to information published on social media, the film’s entire screenplay was written under the inspiration of and to the melody of “Mora Fjalë,” one of the best-known songs in Shkurte Fejza’s repertoire.
“The entire screenplay of ‘The Journalist Mission’ was written to the melody of ‘Morra Fjal’ by the great Shkurte Fejza,” the post says.
The inclusion of her song in this production marks another moment in which Albanian voice and art become part of an international project, conveying Kosovo’s history and emotion beyond its borders.
