A young man caught in Vlora driving with a weapon and police radio in his vehicle

A coded operation named “Siguria” has been concluded by the Vlora Police, as part of measures to strengthen security and prevent criminal incidents.

According to the official statement, after information obtained through operational channels indicated that a citizen was moving around the city armed, police services organized the intervention and managed to arrest him in the act.
