In connection with the poisoning of 64 students at the Security Academy, investigators are gathering evidence, while the decision on the individuals who may be placed under investigation will be up to the Prosecution.
At this stage of the investigation into this second scandal, no one has yet been placed under investigation.

Alma Tafani, the administrator of the company Sori-Al, was questioned by Police Station No. 1 in Tirana. She stated that the food supply for the students of the Security Academy was provided every day, in accordance with the terms of the contract.
According to her testimony, each meal was prepared and then distributed by following normal procedures and respecting hygiene and sanitary conditions.
The cook, other staff members who portion out the food for the students, delivery employees, as well as the poisoned students themselves, have also been questioned.
