The next hearing was held at the Special Court against Dritan Rexhepi and six other defendants, accused of the kidnapping and murder of Jan Prenga.
Dritan Rexhepi and Aldo Manjishta were not present in the courtroom, while Gentian Funiqi, Geraldo Martini, Korado Kështenja, Artan Docaj and Marin Bleta are facing trial in absentia.

During the hearing, the defense of the defendants reviewed the new files and evidence submitted by the Prosecution, but opposed them.
According to the defense, the case is in the main trial phase and, for this reason, new communications from Sky Ecc cannot be submitted, which they claim are incomplete.
After hearing the positions of the parties, the Court is expected to decide whether or not this evidence will be admitted.
The next hearing will be held on June 30, at 9:30.
