According to Gërvalla, wealth that cannot be justified must be scrutinized and illegally obtained gains confiscated. She called for public officials to be held accountable for their actions and for criminal networks to be denied safe haven across national borders. The minister stressed that public office, wealth or political connections should not shield anyone from the law.
Gërvalla expressed Kosovo’s commitment to advancing justice reforms, strengthening mechanisms to prevent and combat corruption, and expanding cooperation with European partners.
