During the protest outside the Prime Minister’s Office, one of the young people present called for broad mobilization on November 28, inviting Albanians both inside and outside the country to join the protest.
In his message to the media, the young man stressed that the protesters’ demand is not simply the removal of one prime minister and his replacement with another, but the implementation of fundamental changes in the country.

He called for a new Constitution, urging Edi Rama and Sali Berisha to repeal the 2008 Constitution, which he described as one of the reasons for the current political crisis.
“Join Albania’s final liberation on November 28; let us all come together here. Let Albanians from all over the world join us. We are here for fundamental changes in Albania. We are here because this prime minister did not listen to us here for 135 days. This country must be given a different direction. We do not want to bring down one autocrat and raise up another autocrat. We want fundamental solutions in this country. What is needed here is a new Constitution; Rama and Berisha must repeal the 2008 Constitution, because this is the reason we are here today. Parliament has fallen today. Fundamental change is needed here. All Albanians must unite for Albania,” the activist said in his message at the protest.
