The cameras will initially be given to Traffic Police officers, who will use them throughout their shifts. Subsequently, the use of this system is expected to expand to other police structures across the country.
The new system provides for the cameras to be directly accessible from the Police Operations Rooms.
From these rooms, it will be possible to activate and monitor the footage, while officers will not be able to interfere with the recording process.
