There, she spoke with police officer Faruk Muçolli. According to the published transcript, Muçolli told her he was not obliged to deal with her case.

The MAT program also published the full transcript of their conversation:

Arlinda Zekaj: I’m concerned. When I saw my son and how his mental health had been destroyed, you did nothing.

Faruk Muçolli: How many times did you go to the Inspectorate about this situation?

Arlinda Zekaj: Even a million times. I even sleep there.

Faruk Muçolli: Have you submitted a request to us? Have you?

Arlinda Zekaj: I don’t know. No, I don’t know.

Faruk Muçolli: You don’t know? Whenever the Inspectorate calls me, I tell them you should file a written complaint. I told you that day, too: I’m not obliged to deal with you because I have other duties. Every time you come asking for Faruk, Faruk comes out to see you. I’m not obliged to. Understand that I’m not.

Arlinda Zekaj: Faruk, I’m exhausted. The order needs to be enforced. It’s that simple.

Faruk Muçolli: I believe we’ve acted properly.
