Admiral George M. Wikoff, commander of NATO’s Allied Joint Force Command Naples (JFC Naples), together with KFOR Commander Major General Roberto Vergori and Kosovo Police Director Gazmend Hoxha, visited northern Kosovo today.

During their stay in the area, the officials observed joint patrols by KFOR and Kosovo Police personnel.
According to KFOR, Wikoff and Vergori also met with the mayor of the Municipality of Zubin Potok, Milosh Peroviq. The security situation in the municipality was discussed and assessed at the meeting.
“KFOR continues to regularly monitor the situation on the ground, cooperate with all communities and maintain operational readiness. The mission remains committed to carrying out its duties with professionalism and impartiality,” the statement said.
