A 22-year-old woman has died after drowning in the Black Drin River, near the Arras Administrative Unit in Dibër Municipality.

The incident occurred just minutes ago, according to information reported by journalist Enver Doçi.
Following the notification, an ambulance and police services went to the scene. The victim’s body is being transported to the morgue at Peshkopi Hospital.
Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the full circumstances and causes of the drowning.
