M.A. sentenced to 8 years in prison by the Basic Court in Mitrovica

After the conclusion of the trial, the Basic Court in Mitrovica today handed down its judgment against M.A., finding him guilty of the criminal offense of “Aggravated cases of predatory theft or robbery.”

According to the ruling, he was sentenced to eight (8) years in prison for the offense provided for under Article 138, paragraph 1, of the Criminal Law of the Socialist Autonomous Province of Kosovo (LPK).

The sentence will be enforced once the judgment becomes final.
