67-year-old man from Ohrid dies after falling from a moped

An accident was reported on September 17, 2026, at around 11:30 a.m. on 15 Korpus Street in Ohrid. According to a statement from the Ohrid Police Department, 67-year-old I.B. from Ohrid lost control of a moped with Ohrid license plates and fell onto the road.

As a result of the injuries he sustained, the 67-year-old man died at the scene. His death was confirmed by a doctor from the Emergency Medical Service.
