“I demand the immediate release of the detained protesters and punishment for those who used violence against them. You are seeking to survive through police violence. You have become the most hated figures in the history of the Albanian nation. You think you are safe, but I am telling you: Your godfather is dragged through the mud every day by those protesters. Stop defending him, because he will take you with him like rats on his ship, which is sinking every day.
It is unimaginable, the scandal involving Rama, Lubia, Nufi… Do you understand what you are doing to Albanians?! You are giving money to Edi Rama’s company. It buys vehicles, and the state then buys from it those vehicles purchased with our money. Is there any act uglier than this?! Is there any theft more blatant than this?! Do you have even the slightest human concern, or are you soldiers of Yeffet and the godfather?
How can you remain silent in the face of this fact—legitimized smuggling? Whose dirty work will it do? The chief culprit’s. If the government orders dirty work, the chief culprit is the one who orders it, and that is the prime minister. How can you continue to follow him?!” Berisha said.
