Nasim Haradinaj, former deputy chairman of the KLA War Veterans Organization, called on MPs to convene in the Assembly.
He said the initiative should be supported and that MPs should send a message by convening in parliament, even for an extraordinary session. According to Haradinaj, a request demonstrating the will of the people, whom the MPs have promised to represent, should be submitted tonight or tomorrow.
Ganimete Musliu, an MP from the Democratic Party of Kosovo, also joined Haradinaj’s call.
Musliu called on all members of the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, regardless of party affiliation, to stand with the protesters and then convene inside the Assembly.
Others who took part in the protest included Time Kadrijaj, Ablana Bytyqi of the Alliance, Sala Jashari from the PDK, the wife of former commander Abedin Rexha, and former PDK MP Safete Haderxhonaj.
