Three laboratories operated by institutions with the necessary capacity are conducting coordinated analyses of water samples in Gostivar to verify its quality.

Zudi Xhelili, a member of the Municipal Crisis Headquarters, said that, in accordance with an agreement reached several days ago, each laboratory would collect samples from the same seven locations.
The initial test results are expected to be ready within 12 hours. Xhelili said the tests would be conducted once more to ensure their accuracy, after which representatives of the institutions would coordinate to present a joint position on the results.
If the analyses confirm that the water meets the required standards, residents will once again be able to use tap water for consumption.
