The person you see in the photo is Engjëll Karoshi, the 21-year-old arrested by police for threatening businessman Zija Shulku in Peshkopi.

According to the investigation, Karoshi knew the businessman because he was friends with his son. Before investigators, the 21-year-old admitted that he was responsible for the threat and stated that he had made it as a form of pressure, with the aim of taking 50,000 euros from the businessman.
The young man is suspected of having placed a box, which was claimed to contain explosive material, in a corner of the gas station. He had arrived on foot and, after placing the box, removed the clothes he was wearing and threw them into a bin.
Karoshi then returned to the vicinity of the gas station and remained there, watching the police intervention and the neutralization of the suspicious box.
Investigators examined dozens of security cameras in the area and reconstructed the perpetrator’s movements, managing to identify the 21-year-old.
The letter left with the box demanded 50,000 euros, and also specified the address where the money was to be transferred in Bitcoin.
The box was neutralized by RENEA specialists, and checks showed that it contained no explosive material.
The investigation into the incident is continuing under the direction of the Prosecution.
