The student protest outside the Prime Minister’s Office has entered its 10th day, as citizens continued to gather in front of the building on Thursday afternoon. After several hours of calm, tensions rose a few minutes ago.
Police intervened to disperse the protesters with water, forcing them to leave temporarily. However, after withdrawing, the protesters returned and gathered again.

The young people began their protest at 09:00 outside Parliament, while a plenary session began an hour later, accompanied by debates and tensions. They later announced that they would protest again outside the Prime Minister’s Office.
In a public call posted on social media, citizens were invited to gather in the square on Saturday, October 24. The message of the protest was conveyed with the slogan, “Everyone in the square on Saturday!”
According to the announcement, the gathering will take place outside the Prime Minister’s Office on “Dëshmorët e Kombit” Boulevard. The organizers described the rally as a youth, popular and diaspora protest.
