Police have surrounded the area in front of the Prime Minister’s Office, while protesters have gathered in several areas, including Dëshmorët e Kombit Boulevard.
Journalist Osman Stafa told News24 that the meeting is taking place under “siege-like” conditions. According to him, police have taken all measures to prevent protesters from staying near the Prime Minister’s Office, which has led them to disperse to different locations.
There were also moments of tension during the protest, when police officers attempted to push the protesters away from the boulevard.
