The Basic Court in Peja will today announce the verdict in the Gllogjan triple murder case, an incident that shocked the country in 2021.
As the court has announced, the publication of the decision is scheduled to begin at 14:30.

In this case, Halil Mehmetaj, Kreshnik Mehmetaj and Kastriot Mehmetaj are in the dock, accused in connection with the triple murder.
The triple murder in Gllogjan is considered one of the most serious criminal incidents in Kosovo in recent years.
On November 26, 2021, in the village of Gllogjan in Deçan, an armed person opened fire on a bus carrying students.
Three people were killed in the attack: bus driver Gani Gjokaj, and two students, Ledion Kadrijaj (17) and Dionisi (Dionis) Lleshi (16).
Several other students were also wounded during the attack.
The incident caused deep shock in Kosovo, while the authorities deployed a large number of investigators to solve the case.
After several weeks of investigation, on December 5, 2021, Kosovo Police arrested Kreshnik Gashi as the main suspect in the murder.
The prosecution charged him with aggravated murder, attempted aggravated murder, and unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons.
According to the indictment, the bus was shot at with an automatic rifle (AK-47).
The motive for the crime was not publicly clarified and remained one of the most discussed issues in the entire case.
