The Democratic Party of Kosovo will propose Vlora Çitaku for the post of deputy speaker of the Assembly, the party’s information office confirmed.
Her candidacy had also been announced earlier by PDK chairman Bedri Hamza.
The session takes place after a prolonged blockade that has prevented the completion of the constitution process of the new legislature.
The agenda includes the voting for the speaker and deputy speakers of the Assembly.
Vlora Çitaku held this position also in the previous legislature.
