The constitutive session of Kosovo’s Assembly will continue today at 11:00, with the election of the speaker and deputy speakers of the Assembly on the agenda.

According to information obtained by the media, the Vetëvendosje Movement is expected to nominate Albulena Haxhiu for the post of speaker of the Assembly.
PDK and LDK have announced that they will attend the session, but the names of their candidates for deputy speakers are not yet known.
How the vote will proceed, as well as the positions of PDK, LDK and other parties on Haxhiu’s candidacy, are expected to become clear during the session.
The deputies have taken their oath, but the constitutive process remained incomplete because the Vetëvendosje Movement, as the election winner, did not present a candidate for speaker of Parliament.
