Macedonia will be among the first countries to put “Starlink” technology into use. The network will be used by the third mobile operator, making it much more competitive in providing services, Deputy Prime Minister and Transport Minister Aleksandar Nikolloski announced on Facebook today.
Nikolloski said that, after Ukraine, Macedonia and Montenegro will be the first countries where “Starlink” will be used directly. According to the data he has, prices will be much, much lower than those of the two current operators.

The concession agreement stipulates that the operator must cover at least one city by March and begin operating throughout the country by the end of the year.
The city selected by the operator is Skopje, the Deputy Prime Minister and Transport Minister announced.
