During an interview on ABC News’ “Tirana Live,” Lamallari explained that the decision followed information gathered and consultations held with security agencies.
According to the minister, the Albanian authorities will not tolerate agendas or incitement to violence that threaten the country’s security. He also stressed that the State Police remain committed to maintaining order and ensuring public safety.
Lamallari emphasized that as Albania moves ever closer to the European family, it must act like a member state by taking all necessary measures to safeguard national security and prevent the interference of harmful agendas not only in Albania, but also in the region and beyond.
