Acting Minister of Local Government Administration Elbert Krasniqi announced that at today’s meeting, the Government of Kosovo approved the decision to reallocate budget funds for four infrastructure projects, in the amount of 1 million euros.
During the press conference, he explained that the first project concerns the reconstruction of the Sitnica bridge in the Municipality of South Mitrovica, worth 400,000 euros.

According to him, the second project includes sewerage works and paving in the town and villages of the Municipality of Shtime, worth 300,000 euros, while the third project is the revitalization of public mountain recreation infrastructure areas in the Municipality of Peja, also worth 300,000 euros.
He added that the fourth project envisages the construction of an outdoor sports hall at the “Mustafa Dumoshi” school in Dumosh, in the Municipality of Podujeva, worth 50,000 euros.
Krasniqi also announced that in the coming days there will be another allocation, worth more than 3 million euros, for five other municipalities that are winners of the performance grant for 2025.
At the same conference, he also confirmed the support of the multiethnic group for the Vetëvendosje Movement in the creation of new institutions.
“What I can say is that the multiethnic group, which is made up of eight or nine MPs, is ready and interested in moving as soon as possible, together with the election winner, to form the institutions of the Republic of Kosovo. So this guarantees a sufficient number for voting in the new government of the Republic of Kosovo,” he said.
