Kanye West concert / Rama publishes footage: An excellent investment for Albania’s image and economy

Prime Minister Edi Rama has shared footage from the concert by famous American artist Kanye West, held last night in Tirana.

Through a post on social media, the head of government described the event as a success for the country’s image and an important boost for the capital’s economy.

Rama highlighted the uniqueness of the event, which brought together citizens of 80 different nationalities, closing his message with a wish for a pleasant Sunday for everyone.

Rama’s post:

“GOOD MORNING, and with the video postcard of a magical evening in Tirana, where yesterday 80 nationalities came together at Kanye West’s iconic concert, an excellent investment not only for the image of Tourist Albania but also for the positive impact on the capital’s economy, I wish you a beautiful Sunday like this one,” Rama writes.
