An internal meeting of the Democratic League of Kosovo is taking place at the party’s headquarters. Figures such as Xhafer Tahiri and Sokol Haliti have been seen arriving at the LDK premises, while Shkëmb Manaj spoke briefly to newspaper representatives.
Manaj indicated that it is a closed consultation of the structures and clarified that any decision to call an Extraordinary Assembly will be postponed until the completion of the verification process of the authenticity of the collected signatures. He also highlighted that the party’s Assembly meeting will be treated as a high priority issue, given the dynamics of the formation of future state institutions in Kosovo.

Meanwhile, MP Anton Quni stated that the governing bodies have not yet held discussions on initiatives aimed at dismissing leader Lumir Abdixhiku. He was restrained in his comments, emphasizing that the public will be informed of any steps in due course. “We have not brought these topics up for discussion. Today I was engaged with our compatriots,” he asserted. Pressed to give his personal stance on the dismissal efforts, Quni replied briefly that he expresses his positions within LDK forums.
