The British Embassy has expressed firm condemnation of the statements by Serbian Minister Snežana Paunović, highlighting her references to ethnic cleansing in Kosovo, which it described as “completely unacceptable” and inappropriate for the present time.
According to the announcement, at a time when Western Balkan countries aim to build a peaceful, stable future with interethnic coexistence, such claims threaten to revive historical divisions and fuel tensions.
