Constitutive session begins late as Haxhiu waits for PDK to enter the chamber

The continuation of the Assembly’s constitutive session was opened by Speaker Albulena Haxhiu after a delay of nearly an hour.

Before proceedings began, she instructed the administration to activate the bell to notify the MPs and invite them into the chamber.

“It is the PDK’s turn. We are waiting for them to enter the chamber.”

Meanwhile, PDK Chairman Bedri Hamza said that the party’s MPs would not take part in the session. He also announced that they would refer the matter to the Constitutional Court.
