Arben Gashi recalls his request to ban the Special Court from using Serbian documents

Following the Special Court in The Hague’s ruling against the leaders of the KLA, LDK MP Arben Gashi reacted by bringing attention to an earlier request.

He said he had asked the Kosovo Assembly to ban the Special Court from using documents produced by Serbia.

“I spoke when the time was right. See what I said on August 1, 2025. That’s all,” Gashi wrote on Facebook.
