The Tirana Court remanded Eno Agasi in custody after he was arrested over the disappearance of wine worth 950,000 euros from the villa of his cousin, Ergys Agasi, who was arrested by police several weeks ago.

Journalist Klodiana Lala reports that Eno Agasi’s case has been transferred to the Special Prosecution Office Against Corruption and Organized Crime (SPAK) on jurisdictional grounds.
Eno Agasi was declared wanted by the Prosecution Office in December 2025 after he was suspected of being connected to the disappearance of a quantity of wine from Ergys Agasi’s winery.
Meanwhile, Ergys Agasi, one of the people declared wanted by SPAK as part of the case involving the National Agency of Information Society (AKSHI), was arrested on August 26 in Durrës and remanded in custody by the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime.
