At the same time, the Imeri family expressed its support for LDK leader Lumir Abdixhiku, stressing that he should not back down in the face of the stance taken by these lawmakers.
According to Haki Imeri’s family, the actions of the six lawmakers do not reflect the LDK’s agenda. The statement alleges external influences and interests that, it claims, aim to damage Kosovo’s state-building process, Bota sot reports.

Friends,
Lumir Abdixhiku must not give in. He was right when he said that the position of the six LDK lawmakers does not represent the LDK’s agenda.
This means that their agenda is that of SHIK and the head of NPK, who, according to this statement, has become trapped by his own crimes.
It is also Serbia’s agenda, aimed at damaging Kosovo’s state-building process.
The six lawmakers who blocked Kosovo—most of them—are part of Bujar Bukoshi’s party, Prek’s, founded by Hashim Thaçi to harm Rugova and the LDK.
If Lumir maintains the position he has expressed, the Rugovian electorate will properly appreciate this stance, and support in the next elections will not be lacking.
Those hoping that the situation will change in favor of organized crime after September 16 are waiting in vain.
