The Basic Prosecution Office in Mitrovica, through its Serious Crimes Department, has filed an indictment against R.H. and Q.H., suspected of the “Unauthorized purchase, possession, distribution and sale of narcotics, psychotropic substances and analogues.”

The indictment alleges that the two defendants, acting jointly and repeatedly, sold cocaine to various individuals from October 22, 2025, to January 9, 2026. The activity is suspected to have taken place on “Rifat Dedia” Street, in Mitrovica’s Kolloni neighborhood.
According to the indictment, the quantities of narcotics sold ranged from 0.22 to 0.50 grams.
During a search conducted pursuant to the relevant warrant, the authorities seized from the defendants four bags containing a narcotic substance, with a total weight of 1.7 grams, a grinder for narcotics, two mobile phones and €1,700 in cash.
Following the filing of the indictment, the Prosecution asked the Basic Court in Mitrovica to find R.H. and Q.H. guilty of the criminal offense with which they are charged and sentence them in accordance with the law.
