Several fire fronts remain active across Lezhë County, while the authorities have deployed personnel and equipment to deal with the situation.

According to the 8:00 a.m. update on August 22, no problems have been reported in the Municipality of Kurbin.
In the Municipality of Lezhë, the fire that came from the village of Vrrith in Pukë remains active on Mount Kashnjet, in the direction of the villages of Kashnjet and Kalivaç.
The fire front is being monitored by three forestry service employees and four members of the administrative unit. The difficult terrain prevents firefighting vehicles from intervening.
Meanwhile, in the Municipality of Mirdita, the fire front in the village of Tenë, in the Rrëshen Administrative Unit, remains active.
Since 6:30 a.m., efforts have been underway to bring the flames under control, involving Armed Forces personnel, firefighting vehicles, forestry service employees and municipal structures.
The fire front in the village of Perlat i Epërm, in the Kthellë Administrative Unit, remains under monitoring, while in the village of Shtuf, in the Kaçinar Administrative Unit, the fire remains active. The authorities report that there is no danger to homes in this area.
As for the infrastructure situation, the supply of drinking water and electricity continues normally. National and rural roads are passable, while heavy traffic has been reported in the city of Lezhë and on the Laç-Lezhë-Shkodër national road.
Water levels in the Drin and Mat rivers remain at minimum levels.
